What a joy, when a like minded food lover not only brings her enthusiastic personality but also the most fragrant and freshest cheese, figs, herbs and roses to your door!
We could offer some raspberry chocolate tart in return (recipe by Mr. Roux) home roasted coffee and of course a live demonstration of our Rofco bread oven and Haussler mixer resulting in some home made bread in the shape of a pain rustique and sourdough loaf. A good way to spend a warm and humid Saturday!
And there were scones too, and home-made apricot jam, and tea with roses!!
All of which made me wordless. Thank you, guys!!!
