We could offer some raspberry chocolate tart in return (recipe by Mr. Roux) home roasted coffee and of course a live demonstration of our Rofco bread oven and Haussler mixer resulting in some home made bread in the shape of a pain rustique and sourdough loaf. A good way to spend a warm and humid Saturday!
