We use these dough scrapers for just about any activity involving dough, to lift, cut, move, stretch, fold and shape and also to clean our work surface. Perfect for all quantities of dough, also heavier and wetter dough. We have been using ours for almost 3 years and it is still going strong. We much prefer to use them, because they will not damage your work surface, are easier to hold and have a wider surface. The small, flexible scraper is ideal for cleaning your mixing bowl, especially with wetter doughs and very handy to quickly clean your work surface.
