If you place an order with www.weekendbakery.com you automatically agree with these conditions.

Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an order with us you will receive an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation is an overview of the items ordered and the costs thereof, including any shipping and taxes.

The order may be payed online via PayPal. When you choose "pay via bank transfer", the total amount of the order has to be transferred within fourteen days to our bank account. The order can also be paid in cash, when the order  is collected at our address (only after appointment).

Once the amount has been received, your order will be shipped within a few days (if available) via PostNL or DHL. You also receive a message when your order is shipped. You always get a message when the delivery takes longer than you can expect from us. After sending your order we have no further influence on the delivery of your goods and we are entirely dependent on the services of the postal carrier

Return Policy
Please contact us as soon as possible if you find anything wrong with your order. Within a period of 14 days after receiving the product, you may return the items to us, provided they are undamaged, unused and in original packaging. We can repay the purchase price (minus shipping costs) to your bank account. We will repay you within a period of 14 days. Please also take note, when returning items, of the general conditions of the relevant postal carrier fees. The return shipping costs are also borne by you, the customer. Cost of damage and loss are also at your expense.

Complaints / warranty
We select our range with care. If a product is damaged or you have any complaints about the product please contact us within 48 hours via our contact form and we will make every effort to reach a satisfactory solution. You are also entitled to a two years standard warranty on your product, starting with the receipt of your product.

All orders are processed by us according to the general conditions of the postal carrier. If you receive a damaged shipment then please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. An appointment will be made about the return of the shipment and your products will be replaced free of charge by us. Please note that if you fail to inform us about transport damage or do so too late this will invalidate your warranty. Naturally we ask that the general conditions of the mail carrier are carefully observed by you. Should returns arrive with us damaged and not shipped in accordance with the general conditions of the postal carrier, your warranty may be void and we reserve the right to hold you liable for the damage.

If, after receipt of the total amount stated on the order confirmation, delivery of your order has not taken place within 14 days, you have the right to terminate the agreement with us and you can request a refund of the amount paid by you. This applies only if no other arrangements have been made with you about the time of delivery or if we fail to notify you regarding a possible delay in the delivery of items.

Price adjustments
We reserve the right to price adjustments. We will inform you when prices changes. You then have the option to terminate the contract.

All prices on this website are in euro's and are including 21% VAT.

Weekend Bakery states hereby expressly that all information you provide  (address and personal information) will only be used for our own records and information. We will not share your details with third parties or disclose. We will not send you unsolicited emails.Personal data shall not be resold or made available to third parties.
