This CO2 neutral metal springform mold produced in Germany, has a strong ceramic coating and a non-stick coating of certified carnauba wax. Can be used for all pies, sweet breads and cakes up to 180 °C. Clean after use with warm water and some soap.

The new baking is green! And has a beautiful fresh green colour. With the Green Vision springform baking mold from Zenker you consciously bake more sustainably. The innovative and scratch-resistant non-stick coating is made of ceramic material with a layer of carnauba wax. This wax is extracted from leaves of the renewable carnauba palm and comes from certified plantations.

Moreover, production is climate neutral. The emissions caused by production are offset by supporting climate projects. The springform measures Ø 20 x 7.5 cm and is heat resistant up to 180°C. After use, clean the mold with warm water and some soap. Do not put it in the dishwasher.
