Hi Bill,
We can tell you you need approximately:
1 3/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of butter
1/4 cup of sugar
We do have a very handy baking ingredients converter for you which you can find here to help you with other recipes : www.weekendbakery.com/cooki...nversions/
Thank you for your kind words and enjoy your baking!

Our humble opinion on measuring and weighing:
We very much recommend weighing your ingredients. Professional bakers and more and more home bakers use scales (also in the US, just watch the baking shows on tv) and in Europe almost all home bakers do so. A scale will give you the exact same weight every time. Which is needed if you consistently want to make good bread and especially good pastry.

Having to convert ‘g’s’ or ‘ml’ makes it difficult and drives me to use recipes which I don’t have to convert before use.

Thank you. We enjoy your wonderful web site.
