Handmade to the same high standard for over 120 years. Made from solid cherry and plum wood. We use this grater to grate hazelnuts and almonds to decorate enriched breads like stollen and also to grate chocolate and candied orange peel for example. The quality of the grated flakes is elegant and fine.
  
High quality hardened steel blades

Clean with lukewarm water, or pastry brush and moist cloth.
Not suitable for dishwasher.
