This lame or bread scoring tool, exclusively manufactured for Weekend Bakery and designed by Ed, is made of beech wood and stainless steel. It comes with a 5-pack very high quality blades and a good safety cap and we point you to clear instructions for use.
The lame was designed by Ed because he could not find a lame to his liking anywhere. So he designed a baker's knife that is lightweight, easy to handle and with a removable blade. You can place the blade in the right angle and you can use all four edges of the blade before you need to replace it.
We appreciate it very much if you 'sponsor' us small business owners by buying the original instead of a copy version (We are frankly amazed that even our own beloved tool has fallen victim to 'cloning')
