Wood & linen banneton - 250 - 500g Round High - Favorite

These cute petits French bannetons are made of light poplar wood and heavy quality 100% bakers linen. They have a dough capacity of 250 to 500 grams, also depending on the recipe and volume of the dough.

These baskets are demountable. The ring can be removed  for linen cleaning if required. Usually brushing the linen after use and will suffice. Linen may only be washed with cold water. Always make sure your bannetons are dry before storing and store them in a dry place too.
