Wood & linen banneton - 500 - 750g Round

These French bannetons are made of light poplar wood and 100% heavy quality bakers linen. They have a dough capacity of 500 to 750 grams of dough, also depending on volume and recipe.
Dimensions Ø20 outside, Ø17.5 cm inside  x 8 cm. Inches: Ø7.8 outside, Ø6.8 inside, H3.1.

These baskets are demountable. The ring can be removed  for linen cleaning if required. Usually brushing the linen after use and will suffice. Linen may only be washed with cold water. Always make sure your bannetons are dry before storing and store them in a dry place too.
