These bannetons (also called bread proofing baskets or brotform) are made of cane and have a dough capacity of around 500 to 750 grams, perfect for rustic loaves with rye and raisins or nuts and seeds. We also use it for our Weekend No Knead Sourdough and with over 900 grams of dough, this basket is a favorite for this type of recipe.
These baskets will last for many, many years.
