As far as I know Amsterdam has no working Windmill producing flour at the moment…
For good flour you could also visit a few organic stores in your area and see what they have ‘in store’. At www.molenaarsgilde.nl (in Dutch) you can find an overview of most of the working flour producing windmills in Holland. And maybe make a trip to Santpoort and buy some flour and also visit Betty at L’amuse, located in the same village, famous with top restaurateurs for her excellent cheeses! This should make for a very tasty ‘boterham met kaas’ (cheese sandwich).

And thanks for your praising comments!

Marieke

Home bread-making equates to respect of the highest rank! Marieke, where can I get locally milled flour here in Amsterdam? Thanks!
