The reason I was attracted to it was because it seemed slightly out of place, since as far as I can tell you seem to be a lot more into bread making. And secondly I have myself made macarons many times and so my senses are particularly tuned to pick up anything related to it. 😀 I find the Italian meringue superior to the French method for various reasons. Feel free to check out my blog to read about things that I have learned through my many attempts at making these french cookies. Lastly, can I just say, YOUR BREADS AND CROISSANTS LOOK AMAZING!!
