I am sorry we personally cannot help you with any baking course around here that spans several weeks. Usually courses are one day workshops and those are also already hard to find and often full way in advance. Hope somebody else has a suggestion for you.

Thank you for sharing this. The bakery is on our list of places we Must visit. And of course we have to taste their speculaas. I love baking speculaas myself and the praise these get makes me very curious. Maybe have to wait a while because it is not the season. But of course we must taste their bread too!
